Hello! I’m Reece Bachta. I’m a 22-year-old photographer from Kansas City, Kansas.
I’m currently a senior at Kansas State University, majoring in Public Relations and Advertising. I’ve earned certifications in Business in Sports and Entertainment and Social Media Management. I graduated from Blue Valley North High School in 2022 and am an active member of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority.
I am a student photographer for K-State Athletics, a role I began in September 2023. During the 2024–25 season, I served as the K-State Women’s Basketball Team Photographer and documented the Wildcats’ run to the Sweet 16.
During the 2025 WNBA season, I worked as the Photography Intern for the Chicago Sky. I lived in Chicago from May through September for this role. That experience shaped me both professionally and personally. It deepened my love for women’s sports and strengthened my skills as a photographer and storyteller.
Photography is my passion. My primary focus is sports, but I also shoot events, product, fashion, studio, family, and engagement sessions. I care deeply about capturing authentic moments and telling stories that matter.
